Day 1: Arrival in Ghana
Opon arrival at the Kotoka International Airport in Accra, you will be picked up by our representative for a short drive to your hotel. Depending on the time of day, he/she will go through your itinerary with you, otherwise this will be scheduled first thing in the morning on the following day. Overnight in Accra.

Dag 2: Accra
You will spend the day getting use to your new environment and planning the rest of your stay. You will be introduced to a trusted local friend who will help you get around if needed. You will have the chance to exchange some foreign money for local use and take a short city tour. Overnight in Accra.

Dag 3: To Anomabo

Today you will travel from Accra to Anomabo by public transport (STC) from Accra to Anomabo. Your local friend will help you catch a cab to the STC station where he will assist you to purchase a ticket and board the bus. You should arrive early in the afternoon in Anomabo in the Central Region. Upon arrival at the station in Anomabo you will be directed on how to get to the Beach Resort by taxi. At the Resort you will check-in and be allocated a place to setup your tent. You will find camping on the beach a rare treat, hardly ever to be bettered. You can choose to spend the rest of the afternoon in the resort or take a short walk into the village of Anomabo. Overnight in Anomabo.

Dag 4 till 6:
Days 4, 5 and 6 will be dedicated to short trips to interesting historic and cultural sites or forest reserves in and around Cape Coast and Elmina. All trips can be done by public transportation (tro-tro or taxi). You will once again be introduced to a local trusted friend that will help you when needed. Overnight in Anomabo.

Dag 7: To Busua

Transfer by public transport to Busua. This transfer will go from Anomabo to Takoradi in the Western Region and then continue by taxi or tro-tro to Busua. You will checkin and setup your tent and spend the rest of the day on the most beautiful beach on the coast of Ghana. Overnight in Busua.

Dag 8 till 10
Days 8, 9 en 10 can be dedicated to day trips to some of the most impressive environmentally well preserved forests in west africa. The Ankasa Rainforest and the Ankobra mangroves are some of the places you will have the chance to visit. Nzulezo, a village on stillts is also a trip worth making. The nearby Fort Metal Cross and Prince's Town are also worth a visit. Overnight in Busua.

Dag 11: Return to Accra

Transfer to Accra by STC, continue to the airport later in the afternoon for your flight back home.
